At Ready To Install Cabinets, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:
Return Policy for Damaged Items
We offer a 15-day return policy for any damaged items. You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for damaged or defective products. After this period, we are unable to process exchanges.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@readytoinstallcabinets.shop. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Replacement orders are prioritized, and we will make every effort to process your replacement order as quickly as possible.
Inspection Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect each item before picking up or upon delivery for any damages or issues. Once you accept delivery or pick up the product, Ready To Install Cabinets is no longer responsible for any damages.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. You can return the product with the delivery person if any issues are identified during delivery.
If you fail to inspect the products upon delivery, you are responsible for returning the product(s) to the shop at your expense within 15 days after delivery if any issues arise.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is by returning the product and making a new purchase. Once your return is accepted, we recommend placing a separate order for the new item.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind. For example, if an item does not fit your space or if you change your mind about the color or finish, we cannot accept returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status for a refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.
Pick-Up and Storage
Once your order is ready, you have up to 60 days to pick it up. After this period, the items will be restocked into inventory, and no refund will be issued.
