However, due to various factors such as high demand, factory workload, and supply chain challenges, please review the following important details regarding our production, delivery, and pick-up timelines.
Our standard production time for cabinets is typically 2-3 weeks, depending on the specific products you order. However, please be aware that we are currently experiencing a 1-week delay for all orders due to increased demand and production schedules. This delay may fluctuate based on factory workloads, staff availability, material supply, and other unforeseen circumstances. We will always do our best to keep you updated on any changes.

For Express Service options such as 1-Day, 2-Day, or 1-Week delivery, please contact our customer service team to confirm availability based on your order and location.
Important Customer Responsibilities
Inspect Your Items:
Upon receiving your cabinets, either during delivery or pick-up, it is your responsibility to inspect each item for any damages or issues. Please ensure that all items are in perfect condition before accepting delivery or during pick-up.15-Day Exchange Policy:
If you find any items damaged during delivery, please notify us within 15 days from the delivery date for an exchange. Any damages reported after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
Delivery and Pick-Ups
Delivery:
Once your cabinets are ready, our team will arrange for delivery to your address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We recommend checking your email (including junk or spam folders) for shipping updates.Pick-Up:
If you choose to pick up your cabinets, please schedule the pick-up in advance. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. You must pick up your order within 10 business days from the notification. Failure to do so will result in storage fees.
